Our impeccably clean room was equipped with couch and king bed, as example. The service was great, including a friendly check-in. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, but it was nice. Location: the hotel was just off restaurants and the mall and restaurants and Medford, OR for business.

The staff were very good. A special shoutout to Troy for his sweet gesture of bringing me breakfast when I nearly missed it! The rooms were super clean and spacious, perfect for a cozy stay. I loved the indoor pool.

Very nice facility with great staff. Room appeared to be brand new and very clean.
This hotel did not have a freeway sign so we got lost initially. The breakfast was adequate but not "special". The advertised waffles were not available due to no batter mix half way through the breaskfast hours. Poor planning.
